In the summer of 2008, the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court started a program to offer mediation to every homeowner in foreclosure. Through this program, the Court will require your lender to appear at a hearing and attempt to help you resolve your case, without losing your home. If you are in foreclosure, you should complete a Mediation Request form and send it to the Court right away.
